Confirmation
The Sacrament of Confirmation is where we are "confirmed" in the faith in which we have been baptized. We are saying that this is the faith we want to live out the rest of our lives. When we are Confirmed by the Bishop or by someone designated by the Bishop we are sealed with the gifts of the Holy Spirit (wisdom, understanding, knowledge, counsel, piety, fortitude, and fear of the Lord).
The Sacrament of Confirmation is celebrated traditionally during the high school program of Forming Disciples.
